Banish your arm balancing fears! Arm balances are fantastic for building both physical and mental stamina and strength. This workshop will explore how to transition into and out of bakasana (crow pose) and parvritta bakasana (side crow) with grace, strength and control. We will learn how to properly engage the core of the body to achieve lift-off, while props will provide a sense of stability (as well as a crash pad!).
This workshop is SUITABLE FOR ARM BALANCE BEGINNERS who are trying to build a Crow / Side Crow practice. In this workshop, you will tap into and unlock your potential for personal growth and surprise yourself.
PREREQUISITES: Able to hold plank / low plank (Chatturanga) comfortably
RECOMMENDATIONS: Refrain from alcohol consumption at least 24 hours before the workshop
