As a New York City-based yoga instructor and student of holistic health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Krystelle has a strong desire to help people of all different ages, backgrounds and abilities, to live a realistically balanced and healthy lifestyle one positive change at a time. In 2016, after nearly a decade in government and nonprofit finance, Krystelle left the office world to complete her 200-hour RYT at Sacred Sounds Yoga in NYC and has been teaching ever since.
That same year,she also started Wanderlove Yoga & Wellness as a way to bring a holistic approach to health and happiness to her clients. Preparing to begin her 500-hour training program in 2018, she is determined to be a continual student of all things yoga, health and wellness in order to find the most effective methods to support her students physically, emotionally and spiritually.

UNHEATED - Open Vinyasa Flow
Start or develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This traditional Vinyasa class explores basic to intermediate level yoga postures, alignment, and breathing techniques. No experience or flexibility requirement.
