Brie is a 500hr RYT with styles rooted in Vinyasa and the Iyengar lineage of yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2011 as a means of exercise but fell in love with the practice after realizing the physical benefits were just the beginning. Brie's teachings are derived from the transformative power the practice has had on her own soul and the deep desire to share it with others. Her creativity comes through her sequencing and thoughtfully crafted playlists. She hopes to provide students with a warm space for self inquiry and with the tools to heal from the inside out.

Start or develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This traditional Vinyasa class explores basic to intermediate level yoga postures, alignment, and breathing techniques. No experience or flexibility requirement.
