Injuries from Car Accidents

ACL  Surgery

I had ACL surgery back in 1995 and after physical therapy, my knee did not hurt any longer. I really began to notice my body changing when my knee began to look and feel like it had before surgery. I noticed that the swelling that had always been there since the surgery began to lessen and the feeling i had lost on the side of my knee slowly returned.

Sciatica Nerve Pain

I first Tried these classes because I developed sciatic nerve pain in my legs. Over time, it had gotten so severe that I was unable to sit for more than 5 or 10 minutes without extreme discomfort. I tried a local chiropractor, but only got relief for a few hours after each treatment.

I started Hot Yoga and got immediate relief after only a few sessions and after two months the pain disappeared. As an unexpected benefit, I found my overall sense of health and well being much improved. Moreover the appearance of my body is clearly more toned and muscular. I now go almost every day and it is my primary means of exercise.
