Kaitlyn
Originally from Virginia, Kaitlyn began her yoga journey while attending James Madison University and has continued to deepen her practice ever since. She obtained her 200 hr RYT from Feel Better Yoga. A former elementary school teacher, she brings a nurturing and intentional approach to each class, combining her background in education with a passion for mindful movement. She teaches power vinyasa, yin, restorative, and strength-based classes, offering uplifting and creative sequences that meet students where they are. Her teaching places a strong emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and trauma-informed practices, cultivating a supportive and grounded space for students to explore, heal, and grow — both on and off the mat. Kaitlyn hopes you will find a sense of community and connection through her classes.

Surya Hot Flow
Treat yourself to a medley of movement and breath in our open Level Vinyasa class. Be ready to receive a satisfying workout and a calming experience. There will be some Intermediate level postures but beginners can do modifications. Prior Yoga experience recommended. Open to all levels.

This is an Express 45 mins class.
Treat yourself to a medley of movement and breath in this Open Level Vinyasa flow. Be ready to receive a satisfying workout and a calming experience. Some classes might include intermediate level postures but beginners can do modifications.
