Bhavi Patel is an Ayurveda Practitioner committed to helping her community feel healthy, happy, and full of vitality by adapting the ancient science of Ayurveda to modern life. She regards her mother as her first guru, who shared with her during childhood not only ancient Ayurveda practices, cooking, lifestyle, and healing of our ancestors, but also vedic chanting, yogasana, pranayama, mala mantra meditation, and the wisdom of Yoga and the Vedas. Bhavi continued to deepen her Yoga practice and her studies of this ancient wisdom well into adulthood through family, gurus, and her community. Going through her own trials with health in her mid 20s, jumping from doctor to doctor, she found herself turning to Ayurveda to nourish her back to health naturally and from the root. This inspired her to pursue further education at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, where she studied for 3.5 years receiving her Ayurveda Practitioner Certification. She studied from the ancient root Sanskrit texts and has also worked alongside Ayurveda practitioners/doctors in both America and India, providing care on a clinical level. Having developed a deeper understanding of the ancient authentic principles over her lifetime, she applies them to our modern day lifestyle, food, diseases, and guides people to a healthy.
