She believes that movement heals the mind, the body, and the soul. Isis began practicing yoga during her studies in college; by practicing yoga and meditation, she felt a deep connection to herself that she had never felt before, helping her work through anxiety and stress that was starting to engulf her as she navigated through her journey. Isis teaches with compassion and feels that we are all teachers and students, because of that we learn from one another through consistent yoga practice. Her classes focus on moving with the breath, alignment and nourishing the mind and body. Her goal is to connect with her students on a level that brings them a sense of comfort so they can then fully connect to their yoga and find joy in their practice.

Katie P Pollio

Yoga found Katie 14 years ago in the midst if the chaos of her 20s. Originally just seeking a 'work out', Katie frequently found her way back to her mat to 'work in'. Yoga has helped to open her mind, body, and heart. As self-identified "tough as nails" woman, yoga has helped Katie soften her heart, and approach toward life. Katie's classes are flowy and fun, always link the breathe with movement, strong hands-on assists, and offer a dynamic playlist as well. She strives to allow her students the space to feel beautiful in their bodies on their mats. She graduated in April 2019 with her 200 hr under the guidance of Erica Stanzione. Katie recently completed a 20 hr Yin training with Sol Spirit Yoga and Wellness.

When Katie is not teaching yoga, she is an elementary school teacher of students with disabilities for 10 years and counting. She enjoys cooking (and eating), hiking, sitting on the beach, reading, and solo travel.
