Isis-Elysia

Isis-Elysia is a certified Yoga Alliance 200-hour Vinyasa & 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga instructor. She has studied dance and movement for a number of years. She believes that movement heals the mind, the body, and the soul. Isis began practicing yoga during her studies in college; by practicing yoga and meditation, she felt a deep connection to herself that she had never felt before, helping her work through anxiety and stress that was starting to engulf her as she navigated through her journey. Isis teaches with compassion and feels that we are all teachers and students, because of that we learn from one another through consistent yoga practice. Her classes focus on moving with the breath, alignment and nourishing the mind and body. Her goal is to connect with her students on a level that brings them a sense of comfort so they can then fully connect to their yoga and find joy in their practice.


Isis-Elysia instructs the following:
  • UNHEATED - Open Flow
  • Start or develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This traditional Vinyasa class explores basic to intermediate level yoga postures, alignment, and breathing techniques. No experience or flexibility requirement.

    OPEN TO ALL LEVELS. ROOM AT NORMAL TEMP.

    PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.


  • UNHEATED - Restorative Yoga
  • End your day with a relaxing and slow paced Restorative Yoga class. Blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably. You will hold the pose for an extended period of time as you allow yourself to melt and de-stress.
