Meghan M
Meghan RYT 200 has been a student of yoga for 15 years. While she loves asanas and being physically present on the mat, for her yoga is all about authenticity and vulnerability. Meghan's classes include an energetic vinyasa flow (core, balance, mobility) infused with mindfulness, alignment and connectivity. She loves sharing yoga with others and bringing people together regardless of what "yoga" means to each individual. When she's not in the studio, Meghan loves spending time with her daughter Emily, taking any type of fitness-related class, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Surya Hot Flow
Treat yourself to a medley of movement and breath in our open Level Vinyasa class. Be ready to receive a satisfying workout and a calming experience. There will be some Intermediate level postures but beginners can do modifications. Prior Yoga experience recommended. Open to all levels.

Surya Hot HIIT + Flow Fusion
The Surya Yoga Flow-HIIT fusion class combines traditional yoga flow with light weights and cardio. The class includes movements that will work your muscles and get your heart pumping, while also incorporating light stretching and mobility. All levels welcome.
